Many of you don't know that I actually went to fashion school in Mumbai and got a 1-year diploma before entering the Graphic design world. I love styling my friends' outfits in my past time and live for the fashion bibles out there.

I would describe my personal style as quirky and fun. Follow me as I waltz through the new fashion trends and look out for my 'Store of the month.'

This month's store of the month: AKIRA

Akira in Chicago is one of my favorite places to shop. It is affordable and yet very stylish and different. I would definitely recommend it for the dresses and the shoes! One of the things that drew me in was their amazing window displays. They show chic urban fashion paired with bright colors. The staff is of great help and the ambiance makes shopping an enjoyable experience.

I actually own this peplum black dress and its very flattering for the petite body type. The front is elegant and the sleeves are unique. The back is embellished and really makes this dress look amazing.
